"My name is David Tien, and I am a senior majoring in Neuroscience and Anthropology. This is my second year as TUNA President. I grew up in San Jose, CA, and moved to Chauvin, LA, approximately 6 years ago. I am a very outgoing person, and tend to speed talk. So if you don't understand what I said at first, don't be afraid to ask me to repeat. Trust me, you will get used to my speed talk...eventually."

Hi everyone, my name is Sarah Lewis from Long Island, New York, and I am a sophomore at Tulane University. I am the social chair of TUNA for the 2009-2010 school year! I am a neuroscience major and I love learning as much as I can about the brain! In high school, I participated in brain competitions and placed 3rd regionally, 2 years in a row, in the Long Island Brain Bee. One of the reasons I attend Tulane is because of the outstanding programs for neuroscience majors. When I am not planning fun events for TUNA, you can find me dancing on the sidelines of the Tulane football and basketball games, being a part of the Shockwave Dance Team. I am also my pledge class president in the Sigma Delta Tau sorority. I am so excited for the upcoming year for TUNA! It is sure to be filled with great events!
Sommer Ann Kirsch is a 20 year old junior from New Orleans. She is a premed student pursuing a neuroscience major and a dance minor. She also holds another position of Committee Head of Tulane’s Operation Smile group and is an active member in the Premed Society, the Shockwave Dance Team, and Chi Omega Sorority. Her future plans include attending medical school in hopes to one day become a pediatrician.
